Title
Personal letter from Sir William Gell to Philip Gell. Benefit for Jim [Belcher] very well attended. Three fights at Highgate on Monday. Bitton thinks Cribb could beat Gully, but latter has left London. Belcher has been challenged at £50 a side but will not fight Power for less than £100 each. Gell hopes to visit Lord Melbourne's in Hertfordshire for few days. Has written song on Lord Eldon and his three divines. 4 Jan
