Sketch plan, 171 acres, showing division by fences drawn as 'xxx ...', into 'Greeves qr., Channell Meddow, Long landes qr., Milkeing place'; also named closes, 'Ashborne way', gated: footpaths marked 'private way': Memo. notes 'Ashborne way was left 2 perches 3/5 or 14 yards 1/10 broade within the ditches and all private ways were left 1 perch broad'.
