Title
Letter - Thomas Gell in London to his brother John Gell at Kedleston - thanks him for the bill of exchange for £5 - John left the writer £5 when John left London - allows John to remind him of his promise to let Thomas have £15 quarterly - Mr Peapes the attorney is gone into the country - spoke to his chamber fellow and searched his study but found nothing about the commission - it was ill done to trust an attorney with it - the writer cannot come into the country this summer without great hindrance
