Letter Patent of Charles I granting, at the nomination of William Storer and other commoners of Millehay/Milnehay Moor/Milley Ward or Colbrook Ward in Duffield Frith, to Edward Potterell of Derby, William Hopkinson of Wirksworth, John Flamstead of Little Hallam and Mathew Beresford of Ashbourne, of 550 acres pasture or waste known as Millhay alias Milnehay Moore als. Milley Ward als. Colebrooke Ward, 200 acres beginning at a close by the River Derwent [ ] a little spring on the south, ascending the hill in a straight line to the Bending of a way called Colepit Way, thence to a place by Weganley Greene and leaving Weganley Greene and Colepitt Way to the south to the north or north east bound of our half, butting on le Lowdbrooke; all the waste or pasture called Beighton Banck als. Beighton Hill (3 acres 3 roods 20 perches); the pasture called North Common and Stony Bankes als. Neither Commons alias Stony Bankes (37½ acres); the pasture called Toplesse Greene als. the Commons near Toplesse House (5½ acres); the pasture called Hellot Bent (10 acres 1 rood 20 perches); the pasture called Chappell Bancke als. Chappell Hill (6 acres 3 roods); the pasture lying at the south side of Bridghill; 30 acres pasture, parcel of Little Prev[ ] near Chappell Hill; 244 acres pasture, beginning at Triple Yate, thence to Roger Corner, then to Gerun Yate at the entry to Hellot Bent, thence by the close called Deadcarne Ground, in a straight line to the division between us and Edward Lowe at the meeting of Lowdbrook and Fencebrooke, to be held in socage subject to a rent of 2s a year 7 Mar, 15 Cha I
