Title
Lease by John, Abbot of Dale, to Rauff Gell, son of John Gell of Hopton, of all their messuage and grange known as the Gryff at Bradbourne [sic] and all lands etc, late in the tenure of Rauff Eyre or Crystofer Eyre his son, for 31 years. Rauff to keep 400 of the abbey's sheep on the land in summer and 200 in winter
