Title
Grant by Erbert, son of Robert de Sneinton, to John son of Ralph de Aldwark, of 60 acres of land between Sevenwalles and the road between Wirksworth and Bakewell, on the side of Brettegrave, next to the lands of Hamo the clerk, which 60 acres of are held by Adam le Wyne, subject to a rent of a pair of white gloves or 1d at feast of St John the Baptist and 1m a year paid as follows, ½m to Robert de Stanton, and ½m to Robert son of Ingram of Nottingham
