For a term of 17 years from 25 Mar 1594 for:
(i) a capital messuage with appurtenances and 4 acres of land in a close called Levyside in Hartington, in consideration of £23 6s 8d, and
(ii) several parcels of land, all in Hartington, containing in total roughly 22 acres, comprising lands or parts of land called Levyside, High Hartington, Rondle Doares, Sayntlowes, Cuntinforde Close, Harlottes Half Acres, Personnes Sutch, and Browneslowe, in consideration of £40. Dated 25 Nov 36 Eliz. [1593]
