Title
Unexecuted agreement between John Gell of Hopton, colonel, and John Bowring of St Margret's Westminster, whereas as Gell has presented a petition to Parliament for pardon of a sentence of treason against him and, being in restraint, cannot manage the petition himself and has entrusted the same to Bowring, that if Bowring shall obtain the pardon without a fine, then Gell will pay him £300.
