Title
Copy deed of partition between Edward Wilmot of Spondon esquire, and Catherine Cassandra Isabella his wife (daughter of William Coke) and D'Ewes Coke of Suckley, Worcestershire esquire, and Ann his wife (also one of the daughters of William Coke), reciting that the estate of William Coke has descended to his two daughters who are desirous of making a partition, by which Wilmot and his wife receive the Trusley, Dalbury and Burnaston Estates and a moiety of the coal under any of William Coke's land in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, while D'Ewes Coke and Ann his wife receive the Pinxton Estate, a moiety of the manor of South Normanton, land at Alsop en le Dale, Compton and Burnaston, a moiety of a messuage and land at Fenny Bentley, a moiety of the advowson of Pinxton church and a moiety of the coal under William Coke's Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire estates,
