Lord Eliot and William Eliot are the two other coheirs of Edward Gibbon. Clement Kynnesley is the devisee for life of the property willed by Godfrey Bagnall Clarke. Elers and Griffith became trustees of the property in Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Derbyshire and Middlesex on behalf of Clement Kynnersley and his heirs. |
