Draft memorandum of agreement in which George Blair of Oxford Street, Middlesex, agent for Charles Frederick Abney Hastings, esquire of Willesley Hall and his wife Lady Edith Maud Abney Hastings, agrees to sell to the Right Honourable Sir John Trollope, baronet, MP of Casewick, Lincolnshire, the residue of the leasehold on the ground with the dwellinghouse described in D2496/T/6.
