Duplicate assignment of the residue of a lease for 60 years by the Right Honourable Richard William Penn, Earl Howe, Charles Frederick Abney Hastings esquire of Willesley Hall and his wife Lady Edity Maud Abney Hastings to Frederick Thynne, esquire of Great George Street, Westminster, of six parcels of land at Ashby de la Zouch (8 acres, 2 roods, 8 perches) and the new building called the Manor House erected by the late John Mammatt with fixtures and effects (except the Castle ruins). Consideration of £1213 15 shillings paid to Earl Howe. Recites lease by the Marquis of Hastings to John Mammatt (2 Sep 1833) and D2496/T/2. Dated 26 May 1859
