Release and Indemnity by the Most Honourable Henry Weysford Charles Plantaganet, Marquis Hastings of Knaresborough, Yorkshire, and Charles Yelverton Balguy, esquire of Coventry House, Quarndon as executors of the late George, Marquis of Hastings, Hastings Reginald Yelverton, rear admiral on HMS Revenge as administrator of the late Barbara Yelverton, Marchioness of Hastings, Baroness Grey de Ruthyn; and the Right Honourable Richard William Penn Curzon, of Earl Howe as surviving executor of the late Sir Charles Abney Hastings. The property concerned originally included the leasehold of Moira Colliery and Gresley Colliery, also land at Oakthorpe and Measham. Dated 13 Jun 1865
