Description
Deed of charge by Lady Edith Maud Rawdon Abney Hastings of Willesley Hall, wife of Charles Frederick Abney Hastings of certain properties to raise and pay the portions of her younger children. The property charged is the Manor Willesley and Willesley Hall, the Manor, Rectory and advowson of Packington, Leicestershire, the great tithese of Blackfordby and Boothorpe in the parish of Ashby de la Zouch and lands in Willesley, Measham, Packington, Ashby de la Zouch, Blackfordby, Oakthorpe and Donisthorpe. John Talbot Clifton, colonel in the army, of Lytham Hall, Lancashire and Samuel Lancaster Lucas, esquire of Wateringbury, Kent are appointed trustees. Recites settlement by Sir Charles Abney Hastings (6 Aug 1844). 30 Nov 1858
