1) With details of cheese sold, purchaser’s name, place and price paid. Places mentioned include London, Bury St Edmunds, Hull, King’s Lynn, Cambridge, Birmingham and Loughborough
2) Lists of amount of cheese bought
3) Details of seeds and hops bought and sold.
At the end of the accounts for each year, the profit on goods bought and sold is listed, followed by details of deductions for wages, debts, rents, etc.
At back of volume: Records of division of profits between Thomas Wilkes and John Kettle: 1790-1794 2/3 to Wilkes, 1/3 to Kettle 1795-1799 1/2 each to Wilkes and Kettle
