Title
Marriage settlement in the form of a feoffment by James Atkin of Sickhouse, pa Norton, tanner, to Thomas Barton of Lees in the same parish, yeoman, and Roger Lee of Little Sheffield, pa Sheffield, co York, yeoman, of a messuage known as Sickhouse, near Himsworth, pa Norton, the closes known as Lymepittmeadowe, Wheatecrofte, Broomeclose, and the Infeilde, all occupied by James Atkin or his assigns, for the use of Samuel Atkin, son and heir of James Atkin, and his intended wife Alice Lee, sister of Roger Lee, with certain reservations to James Atkin and his wife Hellen, 24th July 1658.
