Administrative HistoryRichard Gifford (1725-1807) became Rector of Loughborough c1764. He married Elizabeth Woodhouse (1723-?), a cousin of John Alleyne, in 1763 in Duffield. Their daughter, Euphemia Gifford was born in 1765 and died unmarried in 1853.
