Title	Articles of agreement between John Hawksley of Warsop farmer and John Horncastle of Carlton on behalf of Henry Gally Knight whereby Hawksley conveys to Knight two messuages and 6 acres 2 roods land in Warsop, and Gally Knight undertakes, if necessary, to lend Hawksley £800 on mortgage on lands in Little Steeping (co. Lincoln). Hawksley is to rent the land in Warsop at no more than £24 a year until enclosure or until a general advancement in rent. Dated 20 January
