DescriptionUpon the following trusts: messuages in Fenny Bentley and Ashbourne, and a farm in Thorpe with closes known as the Croft, Over Close, the Stone, Hollow Croft, Towned Croft, a parcel of land (1 rood 6 perches) in Meane Flett, six beastgates and thirty sheepgates in Thorpe and ten sheepgates in Thorpe Cloud, a messuage in Thorpe with closes known as the Croft, Long Close, a parcel of land (3 roods 20½ perches), three beastgates in Thorpe Pasture, thirteen sheepgates in Thorpe Pasture, and three sheepgates in Thorpe Cloud to the use of Sir William Boothby, William FitzHerbert, Christopher Lea, and Ann Childe in fee simple subject to the trusts in the will of Francis Boothby deceased and subject to the payment of 20 s a year to the poor of Uttoxeter (co.
