TitleAssignment of mortgage by Joseph Greaves of Ingleby gent. on the direction of Leonard Fosbrooke of Shardlow esq. and D'ewes Coke of Suckley (co. Worcester) esq. to George Bott of Basford (co. Nottingham) yeoman in trust for Gilbert Beresford of Basford gent., reciting mortgage by demise for 500 years (1728) by D'ewes Coke and Frances his wife to Robert Fletcher of Smalley gent. of all their estates at Fenny Bentley, and reciting assignment of mortgage by Fletcher, at the direction of Fosbrooke to Greaves, and assignment of the premises by Coke to Greaves for the better repayment of £2500 to Fosbrooke (1733), and whereas Beresford has contracted with Coke for the absolute purchase of the estates; with assignment of the remainder of the term.
