Stuart to same: congratulates FitzHerbert on his baronetcy; lists some medicines - "the best means of preserving health in a hot climate are to keep the bowels always soluble, occasionally to fortify the stomack with bark, or camomile tea, immediately to remove any accidental obstruction in the perspiration, and to live generously but avoid any excess in eating"; drinking salt water now and then during the passage "has been deemed a good preparation for the West India climate". 28 December
