Description | To daughters Frances and Sarah Harris, £500 Jamaican currency each when 18 or at marriage; to brother John, £300 Jamaican currency to be paid in three annual instalments; to sister Sarah, wife of John Swarton, £40 for mourning; to wife Ann, the use of his house and negroes for as long as she remains a widow; and £100 for mourning; to son Thomas Stoakes Harris, residue of estate real and personal, to hold from age of 21, but if he dies, then the residue to pass to testator's brother John, he paying to testator's daughters £500 each in addition to the legacies mentioned, with the proviso that the executors may sell half of his real estate to discharge incumbrances on the estate.
