- Old and new assessments for the poor rate in West Farleigh. 12 September 1822 (D239/M/E/13421)
- Has done all the alterations in the house at West Farleigh apart from plastering the inside of the necessary and putting the seat in; reports on rents received. 31 October 1822 (D239/M/E/13422)
- Has only made 8 bottles of cherry brandy - the wasps destroyed most of the crop. 11 September 1823 (D239/M/E/13426)
- Fears that Philpott's hop crop is very poor; requires 140 holly plants to replace dead ones in the hedges. 9 October 1823 (D239/M/E/13427)
