Between (1) Thomas Fynderne of Findern, esq, son of George Fynderne, deceased, and (2) John Fynderne, Edward Dethicke and Nicholas Barway, gentlemen, relating to the inheritance of Thomas's grandfather (Thomas Fynderne), and the entail to his own sons, which he regards by his own conscience as wrong
Relating to his manors, lands, rents, etc, in Findern, Willington, Potlock, Stenson, Twyford, Repton, Derby, Swadlincote, Egginton, Ticknall and Chilcote
