DescriptionIn consideration of £1500 of the manors or lordships of Caverswall and Dilhorne with all rights, members and appurtenances, also a capital messuage at Caverswall in Weston Coyney parish and several closes called Spring Head, Mill Meadow, the Lawnds (and several illegible), and all those watercourses mill leets belonging, also two closes in Hulme, Staffordshire, in the occupation of William Parker, also a messuage in Caverswall in the occupation Edward Ford and several closes (many illegible) the Thornes, Near and Further Birch, 80 acres in all, also a close called Wall Croft in the tenure of James Mayott in Caverswall, also a messuage with hereditaments called the `Cocker' in Caverswall also in the tenure of James Mayott, also a cottage in Caverswall in the tenure of Ralph Cox, a cottage in the occupation of William Mountford in Caverswall, and all those watercourses, mills called Blithmarsh Mills in the Parish of Dilhorne, also the rectory of Caverswall, also the reputed manor of Fulwoods in the township of Hulland and also Ramscliffe Meadow in Fenny Bentley to be held to various uses - [the first two uses illegible] - to the use of William Turton and Thomas Whitbie to preserve the contingent remainders during the life of George Parker; after his decease to the use of William Turton and Thomas Whitbie for 99 years to the use of Margaret Turton for life for her jointure and in full recompense of dower; after the decease of both to the use of Robert More and Thomas Parker for 500 years in trust for the lawful male issue of George and Margaret and in default of issue to the use of the heirs male of George Parker: if no sons but one or more daughters living at the time of the decease of George Parker then to stand seised of the premises for 500 years to raise their portions.
