Baylie and Bosterne families estates in Staffordshire: Family settlement between Robert Bosterne, Helen his wife and other parties, agreeing to levy a fine on one moiety to be laid to the use of Robert Bosterne for his natural life, then to the use of Helen Bosterne for life, then to the use of Elizabeth Baylie and her lawful issue, in default to the use of the lawful issue of Robert and Helen Bosterne, and in default to the use of the right heirs of Elizabeth Baylie: the other moiety to be held to the use of Elizabeth Baylie and her lawful issue, in default to the use of the lawful issue of Robert and Helen Bosterne and in default to the use of the right heir of Elizabeth Baylie
