Lease by Dame Katherine Yorke, widow, of Wymeswold and Thomas Okeover, esq., and Katherine his wife, to John Dalby of Wymeswold, miller, of a piece of ground in Wymeswold where a windmill formerly stood, with all the timber, millstones, etc, belonging to the former windmill which was burnt down: to be held for 21 years at a rent of 32s for the first 11 years and 10s for the last 10: mill to be re-erected
