Assignment by William Barrett of Wymeswold, gent., to William Barrett the younger of Wymeswold his son and heir and Peter Herald, citizen and tallow-chandler of London of all such right title or interest in law or in equity he may have or claim in premises in Wymeswold sold to Daniel Dun, reciting an agreement by which Daniel Dun was to reconvey the premises to Barrett and the subsequent exhibition by William Barrett of a bill of complaint against Dun in the Court of Chancery: further William Barrett the elder appoints that Dun should convey to Barrett the younger and Herald the said premises upon the trust that, if the estate is sold, the money should be used both to satisfy Dun (to re-convey the estate), to pay for their own expenses and to pay off Barrett the elder's debts: schedule of Barrett's debts attached
