Title	Deed of exchange between the Master and the Brethren of the hospital of St John the Baptist at Lenn (Lynn) and John Costin, burgess of Lenn, by which the Master and Brethren have granted to Costin all those lands in the fields of Hardwic in Northfen between the land of Symon son of Reginald Fordwan and land which was of Symon de Ridini (Riddington)

Description	in width, and in length the land of Adrian de Northfen towards the north and the land which was of Sibaldus towards the south, and also 4s annual rent arising in the town of Lenn, namely 20 pennies from the land which was of Henry le Rede in Damgate, 10 pennies from the land which was of William Perseniame in Damgate and 18 pennies from land which was of John Scot on the Columesflet, in exchange for all that messuage and land with buildings in Lynn once of John Ansibel tanner, lying between the land of the said hospital on the east, and the common drain on the west, and extending from the king's highway called Damgate to the north and the common fleet to the south Witnesses: Adam de St Edmunds, mayor of Lenn, James de Belvaco, John son of Gilbert, Robert de London, Symon de Mintlyn, Robert de Runget [Runcton], Reginald de Walsingham, Thulston de Ort, Adam de Burg, William de Retham [Reedham], Reginald de Fordham, Richard de Briningham, Ralph de Hawelose, Helyseg le Pulte, William Ruweth and others Feast of St Matthew 13 Edward I
