Descriptionin width, and in length the land of Adrian de Northfen towards the north and the land which was of Sibaldus towards the south, and also 4s annual rent arising in the town of Lenn, namely 20 pennies from the land which was of Henry le Rede in Damgate, 10 pennies from the land which was of William Perseniame in Damgate and 18 pennies from land which was of John Scot on the Columesflet, in exchange for all that messuage and land with buildings in Lynn once of John Ansibel tanner, lying between the land of the said hospital on the east, and the common drain on the west, and extending from the king's highway called Damgate to the north and the common fleet to the south
