Title
Gift by Hugh de Okeover to Richard de Swinscoe and Cecily his wife, for homage and service of one bovate of land with all appurtenances in the vill and territory of Swinscoe, namely that bovate which Mabel de Ellesmere once held and also six acres of land in Netlehale, [Nettlehale] and in Wychyebeddes lying on each side of the road that extends from the ditch of William de Venables towards Wednesale, [Wensley?] and three acres of the field next to the land of the said Richard of which 1½ acres extends from above the ditch of Stirkereden and 1½ acres lies in Sneteshalg, and also three acres of intake from the waste lying at Botheleg, on each side the land of the said Richard: paying annually two silver shillings rent, for all services except foreign and suit of court and mill at Okeover at the rate of one twentieth of the grain
