Reconveyance (pursuant to Order in Chancery on 25 May 1853) by William Edmund Nightingale of Embley near Romsey, Hampshire, John Parker of Lincolns Inn, esq., (sole acting trustees and executors of the will of Mary Shore, widow, deceased), Samuel Smith of Whitehall, Westminster, and Mary his wife, William Evans of Allestree, Derby, esq., Samuel Evans of Darley Abbey, esq., (executors of the will of Elizabeth Evans deceased) to Offley Shore, Ashdale, Derbyshire (surviving trustee of Samuel Shore the younger deceased), of the manor or lordship of Blore, Blore Park, advowson of the rectory and church of Blore, capital messuage and all other messuages, granges, cottages, etc: by the Order in Chancery of 25 May 1853, it was ordered that £10245 15s 4d be paid to Nightingale and Parker as executors of the will of Mary Shore (part of £15000 mortgage debt from £357-358) and £2049 9s 3d to Nightingale and Parker as personal representatives of Mrs Mary Shore deceased)
