Title
Gift by Lord Robert de Okeover, knight, to Hugh, son of Hugh Bere of Woodhouses of three plots of land in the fee of Masilfelt (Mayfield) with buildings and structures in the vill of Woodhouses and with its courtyard: also a plot of land above Bettehul and another plot of land called Hue-ridings and another plot called the Wysiebeddes and that toft with courtyard, buildings and structures which Roger son of Bertain [?Bertram] sometime held in the vill of Woodhouses: annual rent of 6 silver pennies at the Feast of St Martin for all services except foreign service and the annual ploughing and harvest service due to the Prior of Tutbury, namely at the harvest of his carucate to supply a man, and also suit of Robert de Okeover's mill
