Gift by William de Praers, parson of the church of Erealowe, [Erslowe] to Roger de Okeover of all his common of pasture in an area of waste in Okeover known as Okeover Smethe [Smith], with licence to enclose and improve it without interference from William de Praers his heirs or assigns or fellow commoners, but William reserves to himself his customary common right.
