Title
Letter regarding the Oadams case. S Oadams of Tamworth has a bill of sale of his brother's effects of which he was in possession, but the Sheriff's Officer under an execution sued out by virtue of a judgement under a warrant of Attorney has suggested some difficulty about his right of proceedings to sell under his security and claims a power of taking the goods under the Sheriff's warrant
