Description	All but Corn Park Farm to be held to the use of Joseph Gilman for his natural life, then after his death to raise an annuity of £20 for his widow from the rents and profits, then to the use of Thomas Gilman and Hulland for 100 years from the death of Joseph Gilman and after the determination of this term to the use of John Greensmith the younger and Elizabeth his wife for their natural lives and after their decrease to the use of all their lawful issue whether sons or daughters; Corn Park Farm to be held to the use of Joseph Gilman the marriage and then to the use of John Greensmith the younger and his heirs for ever: the 100 year granted to Gilman and Hulland is limited to them for better securing the payment of the annuity of £20 to Elizabeth Gilman the mother
