By which it is declared that leasehold premises in Red Lyon Square in the parish of St George the Martyr and other leasehold property and several mortgages for £600 and £2500, Bank Stock valued at £2300, East India Stock valued at £8000, South Sea Stock valued at £500 and £2884 and South Sea Annuities valued at £2800 should be vested in the trustees (Lowther, Trotter, Nicoll, Anthony Keck, Lowther the younger and Okeover) upon several trusts : until the marriage the £8000 East India Stock to be held in trust for John Nicoll the elder with the residue in trust for Margaret Keck her executors and administrators after the marriage the whole premises and stocks to be held in trust so that the Trustees may sell the leasehold premises and the Bank Stock, East India Stock, South Sea Annuities and South Sea Stock and convert them into money, to be laid out in the purchase of lands and hereditaments in England and assure them to the use of John Nicoll the younger for life with remainder to the Trustees to preserve the contingent uses, and also after John Nicoll's decease to the use of Margaret his wife for her life in addition to jointure, and after the decease to the use of Margaret his wife for her life in addition to jointure, and after the decease of John and Margaret to the use of the Trustees for 300 years in trust for their successive lawful male issue; in default of such issue to the use of the Trustees for 500 years and then to the use of the heirs of John Nicoll the younger for ever: concerning the term of 300 years, if Nicoll has a son and also on one or more daughters or younger sons, then the Trustees are to raise a sum not exceeding £25,000 out of the property to be purchased for the portion of the daughters and younger sons and also to raise money from the rents and profits for the maintenance of any younger children after the death of the survivor of the parents : concerning the 500 year term i.e. no male issue but one or more daughters, then the Trustees are to raise £20,000 from the rents and profits of the lands to be purchased to be shared equally for their portions
