James Ordish of Eastview, Castle Gresley, builder, reciting the will of William Burton late of Rosliston gent dated 16 June 1894, his death on 25 May 1895 and probate of will 24 July 1895, appointment of the vendors as trustees of the will, and conveying for £260, 8 now occupied as 7 cottages or tenements known as Mount Pleasant at Rosliston with outbuildings, yards and gardens adjoining and belonging and in occupations of Messrs Scott, Kinson, Sherratt, Wagstaff, Wallis, Mason and Wilson, and croft adjoining now used as allotment gardens and in the occupations of Messrs Wallis, Mason, Wilson, Gouch, Miller, Wagstaff and Green, the whole containing 1 acre 1 rood 13 perches. Plan annexed 29 September
