Title
Copy of the will of Joshua Harding of Rosliston gent to wife Sarah real and personal estate; has lately purchased an estate at Yoxall, co Stafford, from Henry Hollier Bond of Islington co Middlesex surgeon and Ann his wife, which is to be conveyed to Joshua's wife; has resold portions of same and directs trustee and executrix his wife Sarah to convey the portions to the several persons contracting for such purchases and to complete such sales (25 October 1855), and copy of codicil to will: has lately purchased a piece of land at Streethay near Lichfield, co Stafford, on which he was built a house, which is devised to wife Sarah (26 April 1858), and copy of oath of Mary Ann Butterton wife of John William Butterton of Eccleshall, co Stafford, solicitor, as subscribing witness to codicil of the will of Harding, formerly of Rosliston and late of Streethay Lodge, parish St Michael, Lichfield deceased (23 June 1858). Note of probate 25 June 1858 and that testator died 17 May 1858
