Conveyance made under act to facilitate conveyance of workhouses and other property of parishes with the approbation of the Poor Law Commissioners, by Thomas Pratt, Thomas Whittingham, William Whittingham, William Freer, William Smalley, Thomas Goode and Francis Foster, the visitor and guardians of the poor of the incorporated parishes and townships of Rosliston, Stretton en le Fields, Caldwell, Linton, Coton in the Elms and Croxall, at the time of the dissolution thereof, to Joshua Harding of Rosliston gent for £300 (paid as follows: £200 to the treasurer of Burton upon Trent Union to be placed by the Guardians thereof to "Rosliston Incorporation Property Account", £50 to the treasurer of Ashby de la Zouch Union to be placed by the Guardians thereof to "the Stretton-en-le-Fields Parish property account" and £50 to the treasurer of Tamworth Union to be placed by the Guardians thereof to "The Croxall Parish Property Account" of freehold building lately used as a workshouse at Rosliston with outbuildings, yard, gardens and croft adjoining and belonging and containing 1 acre 1 rood 13 perches 5 Apr
