for £40 and interest, of messuage in Winster and in which Sutton lives with garden or half part of a garden and backyard belonging to messuage lately purchased by Sutton from John Evans of Winster miner, new built messuage in Winster in the possession of John Sutton standing upon the same ground upon which an old house lately stood which was purchased by Sutton from William Blackwell of Winster miner and Elizabeth his wife together with a little edifice on the west side of the new built house and in possession of Nicholas Twigg and by him used as an ‘oarhouse’ garden or backside belonging to newbuilt house on north and north west sides thereof Dated 11 Jun
