John Bradley of Winster miner, Sutton’s brother in law, and of which £5 8s was paid to the Blackwalls by Sutton, of messuage, cottage, dwelling house or tenement in Winster in which William Blackwell dwells, adjacent on east to a little lane from Winster Town Street towards Bircheover and south to the Town Street and a little building on west side of the messuage and in the tenure of Mr Nicholas Twigg and now made us of an ‘Oar’ [ore] House, garden or backside adjacent on north and north west parts of the messuage Dated 16 Apr Endorsed with livery of seisin
