(Relating to Josiah Caldwell’s intention to buy the half of the messuage which Henry Woolley purchased, the purchase by Joseph Bateman of all the premises referred to in D2248/MT/2-23, that is all the messuage and two adjoining properties, his sons’ sale to John Boam in 1830 and Boam’s mortgage of his newly acquired property to Thomas Raworth)
