Description | for 10s reciting that Caldwell is indebted to Woolley for £60 8s for goods sold to him and for the balance of purchase money for half the premises hereinafter described and to Buxton for £53 lent to Caldwell and witnessing that Caldwell released to Woolley and Buxton, messuage in Winster with butcher’s shop and stable adjoining and divided into 2 dwellings heretofore in the possession of Josiah Caldwell and William Marshall but now of Caldwell and Joshua Hardy, building a small piece of land formerly called Moors Pinfold (as in 1812 and on part of which was then erected a swinecote), small parcel heretofore planted with trees but now converted into a garden adjoining east to messuage, south to Town Street, west to way from Town Street to Moor’s Fold and north to same fold or yard, which said piece was formerly in occupation of Richard Cadman blacksmith, one part of which was used as a smithy, the other or west end as a swinecote with chamber over; also household goods and furniture, stock in trade, cows, horses, sheep and other cattle, crops of hay and corn, in trust to sell the property and goods to recoup the sums owed them, the surplus to be paid to Caldwell.
