Descriptionby which for £42 pad by Greaves to Gregory, the latter conveyed to Greaves half messuage in Winster with butcher’s shop and stable adjoining now divided into 2 dwellings in the possession of Josiah Caldwell and George Evans, a quarter of which messuage was bequeathed to James Gregory by the will of William Gregory and the other quarter of which was purchased by James from Joseph his brother and also a devisee of William.
