Descriptionfor £12 12s of edifice or building or site of edifice or building in Winster adjoining east to house of William Gregory, south to town street of Winster, west to road or passage from town street to fold or yard called Moor Fold and north and north west to Moors Fold, heretofore in occupation of Richard Cadman blacksmith, part having been used as a smithy and part, the west end thereof, as a swinecote with a chamber over, and building erected on a parcel of ground heretofore called Moors Pinfold adjoining east to lane or footway from the town street by the east end of William Gregory’s house towards Birchover, south to Gregory’s house and west and north to Moor’s Fold, heretofore in the occupation of Jeremiah Buxton and on part of which was erected a swinecote and on the whole thereof is now built a chicken pen Dated 29 July Endorsed with livery of seisin
