Title	Assignment of mortgage term made between 1. Henry Eyre of Rowtor esq 2. William Blackwell of Winster 3. John Sutton of Winster innholder and 4. John Bradley of Winster miner. (Property: messuage, little building and garden at corner of Winster Town Street and lane to Birchover)

Description	Sutton’s brother in law, reciting that Blackwall by indenture of 29 July 1736 made between 1. Blackwall and 2. John Johnson of Winster yeoman mortgaged for £12 messuage in deed below (but with no detail concerning the ore house except to describe it a decayed) for 500 years and reciting indenture of 26 February 1740/1 made between 1. Johnson 2. Blackwall and 3. Eyre, by which the mortgage was assigned to Eyre redeemable on payment of £25 and reciting that Eyre has lent Blackwall a further £5 by bond of 14 Aug 1741 and that Blackwall now owes him £34 12s and that Sutton has agreed to buy the premises and witnessing that Eyre for £34 12s paid by Sutton at Blackwall’s direction has assigned the premises to Bradley in trust for Sutton Dated 16 Apr
