Recites: lease and release of property in Draycott by Richard Thompson to Thomas Jowett in trust for Richard Thompson (subject to a mortgage of £800 owed to Ann Severn, widow of Elvaston); mortgage as at D2148 Z/T4; conditional surrender (16 Mar 1826) to raise £500, and further charge (13 Mar 1829) to raise £220 of the Breaston property to Nathaniel Curzon.
