Re-conveyance by Gwynedd Clara Branston as above and Henry Eyton Branston as above, with John Mills, hotel keeper, of the Rose and Crown Inn, Derby Road, Old Lenton, Nottingham and Arthur Chawner Wheatley, butcher of Cossall, Nottinghamshire (as representatives of William Mills) to Edmund Tateham, gent of Laura Place, Aberystwyth and Mary Goodrich Watson, spinster of Breaston (trustees of the late William Mills, of the property at D2148 Z/T 16). Recites the will of William Watson (probate 23 Jan 1891) deeds D2148 Z/T 29 and D2148 Z/T 30 and the will of William Mills (probate 14 Aug 1903); an Order of the High Court of Justice that William John Watson be removed from being a trustee (6 Aug 1904) the conviction of William John Watson at Nottingham Assize for forgery of D2148 Z/T29 (28 Nov 1904) and the re-conveyance ordered by the High Court of Justice (28 Feb 1905) 13 Jul
