Title
Sawley Prebendal Manor: Recites admission of Francis Talbot, victualler of Nottingham, on the surrender of John Edmund Hall to a messuage at Breaston occupied by John Fallows, an adjoining messuage occupied by Mary Burton (as at D2148 Z/T2), the property at D2148 Z/T 1 and a messuage adjoining the property at D2148 Z/T 2 erected by John Edmund Hall, Francis Talbot died intestate on 4 Jun. 1850 and his heir Francis Talbot, junior died on 4 Oct 1896. His will (probate 19 Dec 1896) appointed Frank Watson Talbot, George Shelton Talbot and Harry Watson Talbot as trustees for D2148 Z/T 24 sale of the property and their admission is recorded. 29 Sept
