Endorsed with a memorandum of a conveyance by Thomas Eaton and John Harry Macdonald (trustees of the late Samuel Macdonald) to Charles Pegg of Boyer Grange, Stanton by Dale, (Nottinghamshire) third of Far Netherfield (8 acres 1 rood 38 perches), with a grant of a moiety of a watercourse (course given).
